What if my order is damaged during shipping?

The workmanship of your print is individually inspected by our quality control department and guaranteed against fading for more than your lifetime.  CaliforniArt custom frames are built specifically for you from the finest mouldings with the attention to detail that our customers have expected for nearly a decade.  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know as quickly as possible.  Your complete satisfaction is our utmost goal.

Please take a digital photo of any damage to your shipment, including a photo of damage to the box your order was shipped in.  Send your photos to service@calforniart.com, including your full name, the order number and a brief description of the damage.  We will email you with confirmation that we have received your photos, that your order is being processed and that a return label from the shipping provider is being generated.  CaliforniArt will file a damage claim with the shipper and your replacement will be shipped once we receive your return.

What if I don’t love my art?

If you aren’t satisfied with your art, we accept any product returned in NEW CONDITION for up to 30 days for a full refund.  CaliforniArt will exchange any custom upload and print image for store credit towards a larger image.  We do not offer prepaid labels on new condition returns or exchanges.

Please keep in mind the color differences between monitors may cause the art print you receive to be slightly different than what you see on your computer.

What If I need to make a change after I've placed my order?

Order changes, including shipping address changes can be made prior to shipment by contacting us with a call to 760-868-0392 or by sending an email to service@californiart.com.  We forward our business calls to our cells, receive email notifications after hours and will happily make the change.  Please keep in mind that an order change may delay your shipment 3-5 days, however CaliforniArt does not charge any additional processing fees.
